Fastest dog on the Bay Run and today’s Featured Doggies!
Rufio and I are participating in the BayRun Fun Run this Sunday. The BayRun fun run is an annual Inner West Sydney community event that brings people and doggies together to promote and enjoy health, fun and exercise. The course is 7 km around the beautiful Iron Cove. Rufio and I have both entered and there’ll be a lot of competition there to be the “fastest dog in the Inner West”. I think we’ll just be happy to finish the course! Wish us all luck! We’ll update you on how we went!

Today’s Le Daily Bark is Derrick. Derrick is 4 months old and we don’t really know what breed he is (jack Russell x foxy maybe). He’s a very sweet, quiet, gentle dog. He has a passion for eating, cuddles and sleeping and he does all of them to the extreme!
And our gorgeous shelter dog in need of a home is 8 year old Honey. You would be hard up to find a girl any sweeter than Honey. This girl is gentle, placid and loving and adores her human pals. She also gets along well with her canine companions so a home with another friendly dog would also be ideal for Honey. She appears to be house trained and is very well mannered and obedient. Honey found herself at the pound, but sadly her owner could not be contacted and did not come for her. A smoochy girl who will smother you with love, Honey loves nothing more than spending time with her family, so a home where she will be a much loved family member is a must. Honey loves to wear her coat on cold nights and would thoroughly enjoy spending her nights in front of the heater with her new family. Honey deserves a chance at a happy life and if you think you can give Honey the home she deserves, please contact Staffy Rescue.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
